BWR-04(TH) Advanced Transformer Temperature Controller
Working principal & Application
WTZK-02/03 Series Transformer Temperature Controller (BWY-02/03 Series Transformer Temperature Controller), be applicable to measure the temperature of transformer oil or other liquid, airs and steam. And when the temperature that measured is reached or exceeded the initial value it will send out the contact-point signal. It is suitable for taking measurement and control of oil temperature in transformer that over 500KVA. The temperature controller is consist of temperature bulb(the temperature detector), capillary tube and elastic component. Inside the 3 parts of the temperature controller is filling with temperature-sensing medium as a sealed system. When the measured temperature changes the volume of actuating medium in the temperature bulb will be changed along with linear graduation. This volume increment is transmitted by capillary tube to take a corresponding linear displacement. After magnifying the linear displacement by a special amplifier, the measured temperature can be indicated and switch on a micro switch to send out a signal.

The core working principle of the BWR-04(TH) lies in its sophisticated temperature monitoring system. It employs a dual-sensor mechanism that allows for simultaneous measurement of the top oil temperature and the winding temperature, which are critical for assessing the overall thermal state of a transformer. The controller then analyzes these measurements using advanced algorithms to predict potential thermal overload scenarios. This predictive capability is a cornerstone feature that enables preemptive actions, such as cooling system activation or load adjustment, to mitigate any identified risks effectively. Furthermore, the BWR-04(TH) is designed with user experience in mind. Its intuitive interface allows for easy configuration and customization of temperature thresholds, alarm settings, and control parameters to meet the specific requirements of any transformer system. The device also supports remote monitoring and control functionality, offering users the convenience of managing transformer temperatures from anywhere, at any time. In conclusion, the BWR-04(TH) Transformer Temperature Controller by Guanshan represents a significant leap forward in the domain of transformer temperature management. With its advanced monitoring capabilities, predictive maintenance features, and user-centric design, it sets a new standard for operational efficiency, safety, and reliability in the electrical power industry. Whether for utility-scale power transformers, industrial applications, or renewable energy installations, the BWR-04(TH) offers an unmatched solution for safeguarding critical assets against thermal risks while optimizing their performance and lifespan.
